Every Healing Hour Session is Different
Each Healing Hour focuses on a unique topic and includes different exercises, visualizations, and techniques.
The topic for each session will be shared with registered participants before the session begins, allowing every gathering to feel fresh while encouraging continued learning and personal growth.

Do I have to talk?
Not at all. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to simply listen and participate in the exercises.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
No. You may keep your camera on or off, whatever feels most comfortable.
What types of activities are included?
Sessions may include breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, EFT tapping, guided visualizations, relaxation exercises, self-reflection, and practical emotional wellness techniques. Every session is unique, so the activities may vary depending on the topic.
I've never done hypnosis, EFT, or mindfulness before.
That's perfectly okay! Everything is explained step by step, making these sessions suitable for beginners.
Are these therapy sessions?
No. These are educational emotional wellness group sessions designed to teach practical self-care and personal growth techniques. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Can I ask questions?
Absolutely. There will be opportunities to ask questions when appropriate.
What do I need to join?
A quiet place, a comfortable chair, headphones (optional but recommended), and a reliable internet connection.
Will sessions be recorded?
To help protect everyone's privacy and encourage open participation, sessions are not recorded.
Can I join from outside the United States?
Yes! Anyone is welcome to join. Please check the session time in your local time zone.
